Los Adornos de Jacinta / Jacinta's Ornaments

Una Alpaca llamada Jacinta, llega a unas tierras baldías, observa todo con medida y ve un pino que frutos tenía.
El animal en una rama se trepa para agarrar una piña fresca, pero su peso la rama suelta y al piso cae sin reserva.
>An alpaca named Jacinta arrives at some open land, observes everything carefully and sees a pine tree bearing cones.
>The animal climbs onto a branch to grab a fresh cone, but her weight causes the branch to break, and she falls to the ground without hesitation.
El animal no se lástima y se levanta enseguida toma una de las piñas y se la lleva con alegría.
La ubica junto a su cama, que es una piedra grisácea la alpaca se tapa la cara y se duerme, está agotada.
>The animal isn't hurt and gets right back up, picks up one of the pinecones, and carries it away happily.
It places it next to its bed, which is a grayish rock; the alpaca covers its face and falls asleep, it's exhausted.
Y cuando despierta algo ha pasado, la piña duplicó su tamaño, esto es un evento extraño y sin pensarlo, la lleva a otro lado.
Entre unas ramas la deja y del lugar un momento se aleja, cuando regresa entre sus dientes trae una estrella.
>And when she wakes up, something has happened, the pineapple has doubled in size. This is a strange occurrence, and without a second thought, she carries it away.
>She leaves it among some branches and walks away from the spot for a moment; when she returns, she’s holding a star between her teeth.
Luego mira al cielo y cae nieve por un momento, el fruto queda de blanco cubierto y Jacinta le pone la estrella con esmero.
Y aunque no estamos en Navidad Jacinta ya tiene un adorno sin igual,. una piña de pino fue la ideal y ahora a esperar que Santa Claus nos venga a visitar.
>Then she looks up at the sky, and snow falls for a moment; the fruit is covered in white, and Jacinta carefully places the star on top.
>And even though it’s not Christmas yet, Jacinta already has a one of a kind ornament. A pinecone was just the thing, and now we just have to wait for Santa Claus to come visit us.
