[Movie] Fall | How Far Would You Go to Survive?

I actually enjoyed Fall. I've always loved survival movies, and this one made me realize how far a person can go just to survive. This movie made me nervous. Especially while watching them climb higher and higher. At first, I was actually amazed by how adventurous they were. But at the same time, I was also thinking what are they trying to prove?
When they finally reached the top, I felt happy for them because that was already an achievement. But the moment the camera showed how high they actually were... I started feeling dizzy. 😆
I know I was only watching from the screen, but my body reacted like I was the one standing up there. 🥲 The scene that really made me hold my breath was when the stairs suddenly collapsed. That was the moment I thought... "Okay. This is a BIG problem. How are they supposed to get down now?" From that point, the movie became much more stressful because there was no easy way out anymore.
What I like about Becky and Hunter was how they stayed together when things became difficult. They helped each other like sisters, especially when they were already exhausted and scared. Even when everything seemed hopeless, neither of them wanted to leave the other behind.
But the twist 🥹😭 It really made me feel bad for Becky. 😭 When I realized that Hunter was already dead and that Becky had been hallucinating her, I understood why her mind created that version. I think it was her mind's way of helping her survive. She was already exhausted, alone, and probably losing hope. If she had fully accepted from the beginning that she was the only one left, she might have given up too. 🥹 Having Hunter beside her (in her mind), gave her someone to talk to, someone to argue with, and a reason to keep fighting.
And... I actually sympathize her. What I remember most about her was how she kept trying to find ways for them to survive. She didn't just sit there and wait for someone to rescue them. She was willing to do things that were extremely dangerous, even when those decisions could put her own life at risk. And the ending? It was probably one of the hardest decisions Becky had to make. But she really didn't have a choice anymore. It was now or never. When she uses Hunter's body to get the phone down, it was as painful as it was. 😭 But she knew it might be her only chance to survive. What I liked here was how she was able to think clearly despite everything she had been through. She still used her right mind to figure out her way out. It wasn't an easy or pleasant solution, but survival sometimes forces people to make choices they never thought they would have to make. And for me, that was what made the ending satisfying. She survived because she kept thinking, kept fighting, and refused to give up. 💪🏻
