Hello, @hivefood community! πŸ‘‹πŸ» β€Ž β€ŽIt's nice to be back here sharing another simple yet delicious recipe with all of you. ☺️ Today, I want to show you how to make one easy snack, which is the "Salted Fried Jackfruit Seeds". ✨ β€Ž

β€ŽI hope you can learn from this simple recipe today. And I hope you can try it too. β€Ž β€ŽLet's go! πŸ‘‡πŸ» β€Ž β€ŽIngredients πŸ“ β€Ž

β€Ž β€Žβ€’ 1 full bowl of jackfruit seeds β€Žβ€’ 3-4 cloves garlic β€Žβ€’ 2 tablespoons salt β€Žβ€’ water (enough to fully submerge the seeds) β€Žβ€’ 1/2 cup cooking oil β€Ž β€ŽProcess πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ³ β€Ž

β€Ž β€ŽFirst, wash the jackfruit seeds, then put them in a pot, pour enough water, and bring it to a boil. Let them simmer for about 10 minutes, until the seeds become tender. β€Ž

β€Ž β€ŽWhen they are soft, drain the water and let them cool a little bit. Then peel off the thin, tough outer skin. β€Ž

β€Ž β€ŽAfter that, peel the garlic and slice it thinly. But not too thin that they can burn easily. Just the right thickness to release the garlic flavor while frying. Then, heat some oil in a pan, carefully add the seeds and the sliced garlic. Fry them together, stirring more often, until they turn golden brown. It took me about 10 minutes. β€Ž

β€Ž β€ŽAfterwards, take them out, drain any excess oil, and sprinkle the salt... and toss everything well so every seed and garlic will be seasoned. β€Ž β€ŽIt's crispy on the outside, kinda soft and nutty inside. And it has a perfect salty garlic flavor. πŸ˜‹ β€Ž

β€Ž β€ŽIt's so addictive. πŸ˜‹βœ¨ β€Ž β€ŽI really hope you like this recipe. And you can also give it a try. If you have jackfruit at home, don't toss the seeds. Save them and make this delicious snack.

I'd love to hear how yours turns out. πŸ₯° β€Ž β€ŽHappy cooking, everyone! See you next time! πŸ‘‹πŸ»β€οΈ β€Ž β€Ž@mayt 🩷✨
