> Hello friends of the community, I hope you are doing very well. Over here, it's a VERY hot dayđŸ„”đŸ˜« I feel like the sun is right here in MaturĂn heh, but well, we just have to shower more and stay hydrated! Today I come to show you what our lunch was like last Sunday at my parents' house❀ there were several options, but I owed a fried rice to my little brother, the recent graduate, so I decided I would make that. Even though I didn't have all the ingredients, I improvised with what I had, but in the end, it turned out delicious, and here I show you the step-by-step. --- ---

> Okay, we start by making the rice, and for this, I made two batches: two cups first and two after. For this, we wash the rice well and sautĂ© it a bit along with the grated carrot. Then we add a little bit of Carmencita seasoning and water (the Carmencita allows us to not need as much soy sauce to color the rice).

> Once the rice was ready, I placed it on a tray to cool down. Ideally, it should be refrigerated beforehand, but oh well heh.

> While the rice was cooking, I diced the proteins, or well, at least I tried to heh.

> The next step was to add a little oil in a large skillet and start browning them. Here I also added a few diced carrots.

> I sautĂ©ed it a bit and then added a little soy sauce and salt, covered it, and let it cook for a few minutes.

> Since the carrot was still a bit hard, I added a little bit of water and let it cook.

> Once everything was ready, all that was left was to combine the rice with the proteins and add the sauce little by little.

Por Ășltimo agregamos el cebollĂn picado lo mĂĄs fino posible y asĂ quedĂł finalmenteđŸ„°đŸ„° > Finally, we added the scallions chopped as finely as possible, and that's how it turned out in the endđŸ„°đŸ„°

Una delicia que espero que hagan❀
