Black-capped Chickadee

They will almost always be on the move, hopping from branch to branch, then flying away. A moment later you will look up and a black-capped chickadee will have returned. They seem more curious than other species, as they will often try to get closer rather than simply flying away quickly like many birds do. Even with how close they can get, it is hard to be quick enough to get some shots, so I found that keeping to a general spot helps as they come close; I can be ready, as I might only have a brief moment to get the shot, as if the bird were testing my abilities.
