Hello Beautiful Actifitters!
Well it was a beautiful day. It start with some handsome rain, and of course, it brings good weather. However, when I went to play football, I twisted my ankle. And since then, I have been laying down. The fault is all mine, xD. Because I did not warm up well. Nothing can be done. A good rest is the only option.
