Shopping Time Rest - My Actifit Report Card: August 23 2026

Another short night of sleep as my body and mind continue to run quicker than I can handle which found me awake too early for a weekend. I stayed in bed a bit before getting my coffee and planning my day ahead. I did some things on my computer while waiting for the family to get up. Once they did, we had a good breakfast before getting ready for a shopping day.
We headed to the mall for some shopping which got me a good amount of activity although not enough for my daily goal. I was ok with that as I knew today would be more of a recovery day for me as I spent time with the family. We had an early dinner before heading home in some rain which got us home early evening. I sat to read for a bit as I continued to rest to get ready for another busy week ahead. They will remain busy for the foreseeable future…
