Updating the Bitshares Astro UI with line and depth charts, network fees page and chainstore subscriptions!

The [Bitshares Astro UI](https://github.com/BTS-CM/astro-ui) uses next-gen web technologies, establishing a from scratch replacement for the reference Bitshares user interface!
So what has changed in this latest release?
Charts have been added to multiple pages!
Something which we've been missing for a long time is charts within the Astro UI!
We've had very basic indicators and line charts hinting at the size of orderbooks and the recent trading behaviour, but now we've got dedicated charts in multiple pages!
First: Line charts!
There's 15 different candle patterns, you can zoom in/out, pick different time chunks and switch between normal/logarithmic.
This is a small view of the chart, you can click the full screen button to launch a larger dialog:
There's around 40 different drawing tools, enabling you to interact with the chart and plan your trades more thoroughly.
There's also a bunch of indicators you can toggle to show additional calculated analysis of the chart data!
Secondly: Depth charts!
On the DEX limit order page and the Instant Trade page we show the order book in a depth chart:
And on the simple swap page we calculate an equivalent depth chart based on how much it'd cost you to buy x% of the pool in one go:
Network fee page
We show the fees at the bottom of most pages once all fields are fully defined, however now we've introduced a dedicated page for showing all of the network fees in one place:
Chainstore subscriptions!
We've switched from single/repetitive polling of data from the blockchain to using the Bitshares chainstore to subscribe to the data required for multiple pages!
This means a few things: 1. We're reducing load on the full nodes 2. We're less likely to be rate limited by full nodes 3. We're instantly showing changes as the data on the blockchain changes - meaning you're not going to be trading looking at stale data anymore!
For pages which use a chainstore subscription now we show the following component in the footer:
Electron window title & view menu contents translated!
This has been a long standing issue in the GitHub repo, now it's crossed off the TODO list!
The biggest impact this has will be that when you alt-tab the window will be localized properly for your chosen language!
