CNF: Chaos behind the scenes, love in public

My elder sister used to be my worst enemy. Growing up we were more than just enemies; she was a cat and I a rat. We don't go in a sane way at all. We are never in agreement, and we argue about the smallest thing. There are issues that can be sorted out without calling the attention of the public or the attention of a third party, but that was not our style; it was more like if third parties are not involved, then the argument and the issue we have are not taken as seriously as they should be. Every little thing causes our voices to go over the roof; nothing calms us down, and no matter how we are begged to calm down, we must just get tired of shouting at each other before we stop.
"Where is my charger?" "Glory," my elder sister asked.
"What charger? Am I your charger's keeper?" I asked with a frown on my face, knowing fully well the battle we are about to start requires one with a frowning face to win.
"Do you answer the question with another question?" Glory asked, frowning even more than me.
"Answer my own questions because I would like to know when I became the one who looks after your charger." I responded while scrolling social media this time to get her even more annoyed.
Our mom passed and gave us a look but said no single word. She has seen this type of drama too many times and knows that the best way to handle it is by staying out of it.
"So Kachi, that charger in the sitting room you are using to charge your power bank belongs to who?" Glory asked again, and this time I could tell I was really getting to her, and she would have devoured me if it were up to her.
"Ohhhh, that charger, I thought it was a family charger." I responded nonchalantly.
"Since when do we get a family charger? I have told you to never touch my things, but you keep crossing the line; this should be the last time you ever touch my property in this house." She said as she banged the door
The drama we added to our lives was sometimes unnecessary and avoidable, but those words were not something we ever thought of. Instead of avoiding the drama, we create it ourselves and even create a part 2 and part 3 for our audience (my mom, dad, neighbors, and other siblings). Instead of avoiding the drama, we jump right into it. The last thing in our mind was thinking about how to get into a fight with each other, and the first thing on our mind when we wake up was how to cross each other and make sure we get each other to react.
"Do you people know that you can avoid these excessive fights?" My mom asked us
"Mommy, you know me; I don't look for trouble, but she keeps looking for a way to trigger me, and letting her get away with that will make her feel like a goddess." I rushed to respond.
"You can say that again." My sister responded as she hissed and stared at me.
My mom just left the sitting, seeing that she is trying to step in again and preach peace still won't work, just like the other times.
We travelled to the village in 2018. We had a full house; uncles, aunties, and cousins, both young and old, were all present in the house, and we knew we had to behave ourselves and not show that side of us that chose chaos between ourselves over peace. At least other siblings were there too, and even if they had the same problem as us, we decided we wouldn't be the first to show that side of us, and we became the best siblings all of a sudden.
My sister, who was always mean to me and never used a nice tone to talk to me, became nice all of a sudden. I found it very difficult to reciprocate that because I am used to her being harsh and rude, and I return the same energy, but somehow I was forced to reciprocate. In the eyes of the whole house, we were the most loving siblings that looked out for each other and never fought with each other.
"Do you guys ever fight?" Treasurone of our little cousin asked
"Of course not; why should we fight?" My sister responded while stepping on my toes to get me to cooperate because I was really not going to do that this time.
"Not at all, my dear brother; we don't fight in public, but behind the scenes it is World War 3," I added as I rubbed her head
