Twenty to Nine until Eternity - My Actifit Report Card: August 25th, 2026

A wonderfully fresh morning with high humidity greeted me. I got up early, and the day began with clear skies, promising to feel a bit more like summer again. I started with an interval walking route through the Tiergarten and let the sound of the water at the Unterschleusenwehr really clear my head. Afterward, I continued my walk in the park by the Neuer See, where I breathed deeply and meditated alongside our feathered friends. It was a lovely walk; I felt in great shape and was in a very good mood this morning. Today I’ve brought you a photo of the clock on that one building on the Salzufer that I’ve had my eye on for a while, and today I finally caught it in more interesting light than usual. I’ve also included two atmospheric views of the beautiful Löwenbrücke in the Tiergarten.
Ein herrlich frischer Morgen mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit begrüßte mich. Bin früh raus und der Tag begann mit klarem Himmel und versprach wieder etwas sommerlicher zu werden. Ich startete mit einer Intervall-Walking-Runde durch den Tiergarten und ließ mir vom Unterschleusenwehr ordentlich den Kopf freirauschen. Anschließend setzte ich meine Runde im Park am Neuen See fort, wo ich mit unseren gefiederten Freunden atmete und meditierte. Es war eine schöne Runde, ich fühlte mich gut fit und war heute Morgen sehr guter Dinge. Mitgebracht habe ich euch heute die Uhr von diesem einen Gebäude am Salzufer die ich schon länger im Blick habe und heute hab ich sie endlich in interessanterem Licht als sonst erwischt. Dazu gibt es noch zwei Stimmungsvolle Ansichten der schönen Löwenbrücke im Tiergarten.
