Colorful Art Underneath a Dramatic Sky - My Actifit Report Card: August 29th, 2026

A warm morning with high humidity and a dramatic sky. Today, as is customary on Saturdays, I had did the Mierendorffinsel loop using interval walking. It’s always a beautiful, varied route once a week. Unfortunately, it’s also the route where people’s stupidity and thoughtlessness regularly show themselves in the form of carelessly discarded packaging waste and illegally dumped bulky trash. The crown of creation, don’t make me laugh! We have all the options, and what do we choose? Murder, destruction, littering our living space! Okay, I just had to get that off my chest. Otherwise, I naturally enjoyed breathing and meditation exercises at the usual spots and, to go along with the dramatic sky, I’ve brought you the latest collection of graffiti pieces, ranging from classic to arty, from the Wall of Fame in the north of the island underneath that sky.
Ein warmer Morgen mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und dramatischem Himmel. Heute war wie samstags üblich die Mierendorffinselumrundung im Intervall-Walking angesagt. Immer wieder eine schöne, abwechslungsreiche Runde einmal die Woche. Leider auch die Route, auf der sich regelmässig die Dummheit und Rücksichtslosigkeit der Menschen in Form ihres achtlos weggeworfenen Verpackungsmülls und illegal abgeladenen Sperrmülls zeigt. Die Krone der Schöpfung, dass ich nicht lache! Wir haben alle Optionen und wofür entscheiden wir uns? Mord, Zerstörung, Vermüllung unseres Lebensraumes! Ok, das musste jetzt mal raus. Ansonsten habe ich natürlich an den üblichen Orten Atem- und Meditationsübungen genossen und euch zum dramatischen Himmel noch die aktuelle Kollektion an Graffiti Pieces von klassisch bis arty von der Wall of Fame im Norden der Insel unter diesem Himmel mitgebracht.
