The Los Angeles Clippers should relocate to Seattle. This franchise is dead. The Los Angeles Clippers were found guilty of Salary Cap Circumvention. They lose their 2029, 2030, 2031, 2032, & 2033 first round picks. The owner of the Clippers, Steve Ballmer, is suspended from all team activities for a year. The Clippers were fined $30 million.
