Based on its appearance, the guava tree might be drying out.

Today, I spent some time in the back of my mom's house, where I saw some lovely palm plants used for decorating floral arrangements and indoor spaces.
While there, I noticed that the guava tree was looking quite sad—perhaps due to the relentless sun and a lack of watering. Even so, I found plenty of young guavas, as well as some larger ones that would soon be ready to eat.
The guava tree has slumped over; its branches are practically dragging along the ground, and there is a fear that it might dry up and die. It has already produced many guavas that we’ve enjoyed—either in juice or eaten straight off the tree
