I love todo my regular exercise in the morning, before anyone wakes up in my house, I am already awake. Go for morning joggings and then come back before sunrise. Sometimes I do this alone, while other times I do it with my partner. The most important thing is that I d not miss one day come rain come sun. After my early morning run I ensure that taking a cold bath comes after. Then my black coffee to officially start the good day with a proactive and positive mind.
