Today is another beautiful day, and I am glad to differentiate between indoor and outdoor exercise. There is a significant different between the two. For me I prefer the outdoor type of exercise because I have to breath in unadulterated air. I am free and sweat out all the bad energies. As for indoor exercise the possibility of inhaling unhealthy air is on the high side. Especially when it is a general gym.
