AL HORNO, CON TROZOS DE VERDURAS VARIAS
TAMBIEN ARROZ, ENSALADA Y AGUACATE O PALTA.

Para tal comida lo primero, es tener el pollo, como dije pata y muslo, el cual lo corto en trozos, tambien preparo la verdura zapallo, cebolla, batata, papa, todo cortado en trozos pequeños.

Asi que mientras se esta cocinando el pollo con la verdura se hace lo siguiente, la ensalada y agrego una olla en la hornalla de la cocina con agua, dicha ensalada contiene, zanahoria rallada pepino, lechuga, tomate, todo condimentado con sal a gusto y limon.

Bueno la olla con agua cuando la misma se calienta le agrego el arroz, lo revuelvo despacio y una ves cocinado le quito el agua y listo como lo pueden ver.

Asi que estando todo cocinado, lo que resta es preparar con la palta o aguacate el guacamole, al que le agrego cebolla locote todo bien picado, para luego agregarlo en una licuadora con un poco de sal y limon, despues de darle con dicha licuadora que todo listo para el almuerzo.
