Wrzesień zaczynam od siły 💪
Nowy miesiąc rozpoczęty na siłowni Fit+ Buczkowice.
Dzisiaj klatka, tył barków i triceps — 8 ćwiczeń, 24 serie i 270 powtórzeń. Całość zamknęła się w 46 minut, a Garmin policzył 6250 kg objętości treningowej.
W porównaniu z poprzednimi treningami progres jest konkretny: 18.08 było 4748 kg, 24.08 już 5428 kg, a dzisiaj 6250 kg. Czyli w dwa tygodnie +1502 kg objętości i +58 powtórzeń. 💪📈

Starting September with strength 💪
A new month started at Fit+ Buczkowice gym.
Today’s session focused on chest, rear delts and triceps — 8 exercises, 24 sets and 270 reps. Everything done in 46 minutes, with Garmin recording a total training volume of 6,250 kg.
The progress compared with the previous sessions is pretty clear: 4,748 kg on Aug 18, 5,428 kg on Aug 24 and 6,250 kg today. That’s +1,502 kg of volume and +58 reps in two weeks. 💪📈

Siłownia siłownią, ale dzisiejszy poranek miał jeszcze jedną atrakcję. Po treningu trafiło się bliskie spotkanie z łanią, która najwyraźniej nie miała większego problemu z pozowaniem do zdjęć. 😄📸
Chwila spokoju i trochę natury na zakończenie sportowego poranka.
