Elephant hawk moth's larvae - first acquaintance. Six scenes in #monochrome

I spent a half day feeling myself a caterpillar shepherd. Eventually, I noticed three editions of this caterpillar (which I identified as 'Elephant Hawk moth' (in Russian: 'бражник винный'). Those caterpillars are such a gorgeous creatures that I could not resist the temptation to spend time with them (and with a camera, of course) as much as possible. After I deleted some blurry captures, the number of leftovers is: 353. The big part is very similar, but still its a huge amount to process, I cant say when they hit my blog. At least I selected five frames (almost at random) to make a B-W conversion to entertain you.
After some consideration I think I like the colour versions more, cause these caterpillars got a very tender skin tones which just dont survive in greyscale mode. (I will present you more in the further posts).
