The Thrum of Kalon
It permeates all, in the blin K of eyes, the balance of karm A in the fluttering sqal L of the heart's vibrat O the silent center withi N
In exquisite cascade of rain strea K oblique aqua-stigmat A casting off what was needfu L like a soul-wash placeb O the snake sheding its ski N
Kalon scribes runes in in K across pages of disparate mani A engraved memories, wakefu L in time's echoing staccat O illustrating what's draw N
Skin deep in dawn's slee K glimmer, kalon's arcan A sings night's wishfu L melody, to hal O a moon soaked hym N
Abound in mornings brea K celebrated in burning magm A distilled in earths joyfu L flood of plasma, in Solan O breath expressed by the su N
KALON is the thrum of meaning, bubbling underneath, injecting pure life into the cracks in between.
The Thrum of Kalon is an Acrostic poem, inspired by the prompt of the concept word, Kalon. The acrostic style is a form of poetry I haven't tackled in a while.

As the etymology of the word 'Kalon' dates back to antiquity and ancient Greek times, the Acrostic form felt right as it has its origins as far back as the writing of the bible. The definition of the word Kalon is:
