Why I Enrolled My 3 Years Old Son In A Group Class

This picture is from my 3 years old son's playgroup class. I decided to enroll him because he has behavior problem. I want him to learn how to play, share and make friends with other children.
We often go outside and visit different places but many times he has a tantrum. Sometimes he cries, shout or lies on the floor. As a mother, it is not easy to see my child like that.
One day, we were at the mall. I heard two people talking about my son. One of them said "Look at that child. He is rolling on the floor like he is at home". Then they laughed. It really hurt me. They did not know what we were going through but the judged us right away.
Because of that, we went to Developmental pediatrician. We wanted to know why my son acts like that. Thanks God the doctor said he does not have autism. We just need to help him improve his behavior.
That is why I enrolled him in a playgroup class. I also do the same activities with him at home. It helps him learn and also gives him less screentime.
I know change will not happen in one day. I will keep helping my son and be patient to him.
I hope one day people will understand him before they judged him. I can't wait to see his progress one small step at a time.
