When we become God’s own, we are called to grow spiritually and project Christ in how we think, speak and act.
Living selflessly, as Jesus did while on earth, is the hallmark of a life transformed by God’s love. Love is something that is practical. It is more of action than it is of speaking. God speaking to us in the book of 1 John chapter 3 told us not to love in word but in action.
We display this love by doing good unto one another especially those in the household of faith. That is the purpose for which we were sent down to earth.
