It also edifies our faith in prayer, because we ask with knowledge of our rights and privileges in Christ. That is why we can boldly approach before the throne of grace, confident that we have access through Christ to all that God has provided.
The grace and peace of God often arrives to us through the knowledge of Him. As students of the Scriptures, we sometimes focus only on the parts of Scripture that tell us what we must do, while neglecting the portions that reveal what Christ already did for us. There is, however, a realm of difference between belief and conviction. While belief is something you can debate, conviction on the other hand is something you can die for.
