Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I woke up early in the morning; the weather was clear and very hot. Today I managed to walk over 5K. According to Google Fit, I walked 5502 steps, 3.63 km, and burned 2201 Cal. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
