Thinking about a dish for Mommy F will always be a problem to me. There are times that fish are not available in the market, then she can't always have chicken, Pork? No can't! Vegetables like squash or bottle gourd is also a no, no, she's not a fan tbh! Cauliflower, Potatoes, or Brocolli is too expensive here so its out of the picture. Hahhhh! Why Mom has to be picky rn ┐(￣ヘ￣)┌. That's the problem I had to solve sometimes and its not funny anymore. The only veggies she likes are Carrot or Chayote but even that is a no sometimes too. But this time, coz I found a cheap carrots, Mommy F had no choice but to settle with it. I feel sorry coz there's really not much of a choice. Aigooooo.
Ingredients: 250G of Carrots, medium sized onion, four cloves of garlic, flour -not sure about the measurement, salt, pepper, water, msg, and flour.

I decided to make carrot recipe but like a patties without any meat and just carrot, flour, and seasonings. It would be awesome to put chicken meat in it but I didn't buy any coz she already had them before that. And she really hate taking antihistamine, so....┐(￣ヘ￣)┌

I just put water on the flour which I mix with pepper, salt, water, and msg. Its a thicker mixture coz I want the carrot to bind well coz i'm planning to form a flat circle in it, like a real fatty. Ahhh, of course our carrots here was manually processed using a manual food processor.

By the way, coz we run out of pepper, I had to buy one in a nearby grovery store. While in there I spotted my favorite mamon tostado though from a different brand.

Seriously, I miss this. This is seriously one of my favorite. And I actually this toasted mamon from this brand and its cheaper too! Glad I saw this. I ate this with the fam while preparing this carrot mixture. I bought a whole pack of it for 55 pesos. It has 10 small pack of mamon inside and each pack has 5 toasted mamon. I will buy again, hihi

Just like this. And then a flattened them, coat them with a flour with a salt a pepper in it. Easy no? Seriously, there's another reason why I made it like this. Coating it in flour will eat less oil compare if it is toi watery. So yeah, (ﾉﾟ0ﾟ)ﾉ

And its frying time! I didn't put so much oil, just enough to cook each side nicely. This is the purpose of why I made this like this. I don't want it to become too oily especially its Mommy F who'll eat it.

Lil later and they're finally done! I think I cooked it awesomely! Hihi. Mommy F really want them crispy and thats why I made sure that it is crispy.

Crispy outside but soft inside. By the way, I seasoned it nicely too, not too salty coz I want to make a special vinegar dip with crushed garlic in it, sugar, and salt ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ. Glad the oldies love it. Ehe
And so, we survived the day, thats a day worth of dish. Then what to make next? I hope there's more choices of fish then in the market ¯\(°o)/¯ aigoooo
