MiCA is being rewritten. We're already inside.
The European Commission is reviewing the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) — the EU consultation closes 30 September.
Whatever the next version looks like, SDA already operates under the current rulebook: supervised under MiCA, with FIN-FSA as our competent authority.
