Theme-:"How to Be Happy". I believe most of us have our reasons to be happy. If you have a reason, kindly click this [link](https://ecency.com/@indiaunited/indiaunited-new-contest-and-last-a9d859b489987?referral=shamis) to elaborate your views on happiness.
Very true to words, little things do make us happy. Quite often little happiness makes our day.

In our day to day life we come across lot of stress and worries. Sometimes it's not easy to let it go from our mind. It rather creates a bad impact in our physical and mental health. Though aware of this infact, this can never be evaded from our daily routine.
Never expect for happiness to reach you, instead find a way to be happy. From my own experience, I understood happiness can take any form. May be in the form of strangers, friends, families, achievements, surprises, travel, hobbies etc... the list is endless. May be by breaking a long standing silence. A dinner with your loved ones. A message from a long lost friend. An unexpected news after several years of waiting. These happiness are happening in an instant, which means a lot to us.
Time flies. I forgot when my children grew up. Now that they are far away in different towns working independently, I had to wait for their calls and then their arrival. Here, I am happy in a sense they are settled faraway with a job of their choice, but at the same time the loneliness witin me in their absence sends shivers down my body.
This is when I felt I should keep myself occupied with something that interests me. So here Iam trying new recipes, watching movies or shows that interests me, reading books of my choice, gardening especially some colourful flowering plants. I love flowering plants, especially the fully bloomed one, early in the morning.
Another important point in happiness is never expect anything in return, for what "good" you have done to others. Peoples change simultaneously the good in them proves less importance. Last week, we had a family wedding both myself and my parent's attended the function. And we gifted cash in two different envelopes. But my Dad did not mention his name on the envelope. When asked , he said that might become the reason for hatred. So never expect anything in return, and you can remain happy forever.
In short, Iam doing what I love to and enjoying each moment.
Wishing you all a great day, with loads of happiness.
