Last month, [I wrote about a niche blog](https://peakd.com/hive-189306/@shanibeer/seo-planning-for-a-new-niche-health-blog), @over60health, talking about SEO planning for the blog and ideas about how I would use postcards for outreach. This month I am back talking about two other niche blogs and the postcard ideas I have for them.
I want to use the postcards as business cards and flyers as I go about my every day, attend events, leave in coffee shops, libraries etc. As a postcard, they have a blank side for messages, and can be sent through the post. It's a technique I've used previously for small scale local promotion. Each one will have a QR code with the url for the blog, as well as the url itself, on the reverse.
@taintedlove
This blog is writing focused, and I'm already facing a dilemma: Should the descriptors be: - Spontaneous prose - Prose poetry - Creative non-fiction or - Spontaneous prose - Prose poetry - Lyric fieldwork
Creative non-fiction is more easily recognised as an encompassing genre, lyric fieldwork is closer to the types of things I tend to write. I guess it depends how niche I want to be. Feedback welcome.
I chose @taintedlove (you might know [this version of the song](https://youtu.be/XZVpR3Pk-r8?is=SaPzqtudST1sEONm)), not to write about romantic love and heartbreak, but as an idea about our relationship with the world.
Here's the ideas for the postcards, let me know what you think:
