In a world where everyone is trying to keep up with Life, where everyone is chasing their goals, create time to check up on people.
Sometimes, I pick up my phone, scroll through my contacts, and randomly check on people. I call them, ask how they are doing, and remind them that they are still important to me. Simply because I care.
The truth is, the little things we often overlook can have the biggest impact. A simple phone call, a short message, or a genuine “I hope you’re doing well” might seem small to us, but it could mean everything to someone.
Life gets busy. Responsibilities keep increasing. But we should never become so busy that we forget people.
Check on your family. Check on friends. Check on your neighbors. Check on the people you care about.
Don’t always wait until they are the ones reaching out first.
Sometimes they just need a reminder that someone still cares about them.
So today, make that phone 🤳 call. Send that text message. Ask someone how they are truly doing.
Because love is not only expressed through big gestures. Sometimes, love is shown through simple actions .
