We are created by the Word and for the Word. So, when we are talking about things that constitute our purpose, we should understand that our purpose is only and only defined by the word of God. We are not living according to our dictates. We are only living according to what God has designed for us. You see, this explains that God is the one who determines our purpose for existence.
I am writing this post using my mobile device. This mobile device belongs to me. Because it belongs to me, I am the one who decides what I should use it for. There is no other person who determines how the mobile device should function. If I decide that I will abandon it for the next one year, the device has no choice. So, everything one of us exists to fulfill the purpose of God.
What is the purpose of God? The purpose of God is for us to obey the commandments of God. We are living only to do the will of God. What is the will of God? The Bible declares vividly what God expects from us. So, let us obey the commandments of God. Let us do the will of God because that is our purpose for existence.
