SPS Governance Proposal - Allocate Packs for SummerFest

The purpose of this proposal is to enable the SPS DAO to vote on allocating some of its reserve packs to be used during the upcoming SummerFest sale. This sale will be similar to WinterFest with exclusive skins, glint, energy and more. The pricing of the packages will equate to higher than retail value for the packs alone and this could be a great opportunity for the DAO to convert some idle assets into dollars to help further fund the ongoing proposal to hire the team and buy the IP.
Proposal If this proposal passes, the SPS DAO will allocate the following packs to be used in the upcoming SummerFest event:
- Conclave Arcana Standard Packs - 12,000 - Conclave Arcana Alchemy Packs - 4,000 - Conclave Arcana Legendary Packs - 2,000 - Rebellion Packs - 20,000
The packs will be transferred to the $SUMMERFEST26 system account for escrow for the duration of this event.
All proceeds from the sale of the Summerfest Boxes will go directly to the DAO. These proceeds will be in excess of the retail value of any packs sold because the boxes will include other items such as Skins, Glint, Energy, and Fortune Draws.
Once the event concludes, any unsold packs will be returned to the @sps.dao account.
