Finish This Drawing Challenge: Mail Delivery

I participated in the finish this drawing challenge of @shookt which is one of the challenges here in the community that I miss luckily there is one up today and I didn't hesitate and quickly made my version. Here is my drawing of what looks like a bird at first glance but it is a dog. this is how I complete the given image below.
What do you guys think this unfinished drawing looks like? I think my character is an artist who loves creating hand made stuff like a greeting card. Here I show a mail which has a personal greeting card made by my artist character. He will be sending it to a friend and is now on his way to the post office. Given the existing flowy jacket from the reference drawing I am thinking it is a windy day good for walking to the grocery, running errands and in this case delivery of mail. A nice long scarf added some visual interest. The background is my old drawing which I already have posted in the community before I love the bridge scene which is nice for a walking scene.
