Patch 0.40.9: Locked In

The draft dock drag-reorder that finally sticks, for real this time.
A tiny, focused patch. We have chased the draft dock reorder a few times now, and this one nails the real cause. Dragging your picked Fighters around the lineup, and onto the remove target, works cleanly every time.

Dragging your picked cards finally sticks
Dragging your picked Fighters around the lineup dock would start but never actually reorder them, and the drop target would not light up. We chased this a couple of times without getting to the bottom of it. This time we found the real cause: while you dragged, the drag preview itself was blocking the game from reading where you dropped. It reorders cleanly now, and the remove target next to BATTLE shows up the way it should.
Thanks for the persistent bug reports on this one. You were right, it really was broken, and now it is fixed at the source.
