Syndicate Protocol - TURF Now Live on Hive-Engine
Published on HivePostify by @syndicate.game · Sat Jun 27 2026
The wait is over. TURF plots are now live on Hive-Engine - the first batch of land NFTs in Syndicate Protocol, capped at 2,500 plots total.
Purchase a [STDEED](https://hive-engine.com/trade/STDEED) voucher for $5 USD in HIVE at [syndicate-protocol.com](https://syndicate-protocol.com/game/turf) and redeem it immediately for your TURF NFT. Rarity is revealed at redemption — every buyer has the same shot at Empire.
What Is Syndicate Protocol? Syndicate Protocol is a browser-based turn-based RPG built on the Hive blockchain. The core game is already live — players recruit crews across five classes and five rarity tiers, run operations across eight unlockable city zones, compete in ELO-ranked arena seasons, and collect permanent stat-boosting collectible sets. Every meaningful asset is on-chain. Hive Keychain powers all transactions.

What Is a TURF Plot?
A TURF plot is a Hive-Engine NFT that represents a piece of territory in the Syndicate Protocol world. Each plot:
- Generates resources passively when activated — steel, hardware, influence, intel, and contraband - Gates your daily farming mission attempts — one attempt per plot owned when farming mode launches - Has a rarity — Hustle (70%), Racket (25%), or Empire (5%) — revealed at redemption - Has attributes — higher rarity plots carry more resource attributes and yield more per hour
There are only 2,500 plots with a finite number of plot rarities.
The Three Rarities
| Rarity | Chance | Supply | Attributes | |--------|--------|--------|------------| | Hustle | 70% | 1,750 | 1 | | Racket | 25% | 625 | 2 | | Empire | 5% | 125 | 3 |
Empire plots are the rarest — only 125 will ever exist.
Five Resources. One Economy.
Every TURF plot generates some combination of the five resources that power the entire Syndicate Protocol economy:
| Tier | Resource | Role | Yield per Hour | |------|----------|------|----------------| | S | Contraband | Rarest — highest crafting value, required at every equipment upgrade level | 0.063 – 0.417 | | A | Intel | Strategic crafting input | 0.125 – 0.750 | | A | Influence | Leadership and political capital | 0.125 – 0.750 | | B | Hardware | Physical equipment components | 0.250 – 1.000 | | C | Steel | Raw material — base for all crafting | 0.500 – 2.000 |
Yield ranges reflect Hustle → Empire rarity. Empire plots with Contraband attributes sit at the top of every yield table — the rarest resource on the rarest plots.
Resources accumulate from the moment you activate your plot. The earlier you start, the larger your stockpile when blueprints and equipment forging go live.
Activation periods are 12, 24, or 72 hours. Yield freezes when the window expires — it is never lost, always claimable at your convenience. Why TURF Matters — The Full Economy Loop
TURF is not a standalone feature. It is the foundation of everything coming next. Here is how the economy connects:
Every system feeds the next. Players who own land early accumulate resources before blueprints are even live. When crafting unlocks, they will have stockpiles that newer players will spend weeks building. That head start compounds at every subsequent phase.

SYNX Is Also Live
Alongside TURF going live, SYNX — the Syndicate Exchange token — is now live on Hive-Engine.
SYNX is the primary upgrade and utility token of Syndicate Protocol. It has a hard cap of 50,000,000 tokens and enters circulation through gameplay only — earned through farming missions, never pre-mined or airdropped.
Key numbers: - 10,000 SYNX to upgrade one equipment piece from L1 to L40 - 6,050 SYNX distributed weekly to the top 10 leaderboard players - 6.25 year emission timeline for 40,000,000 with Missions & Operations
Supply Allocation
| Allocation | SYNX | % | Account | |---|---|---|---| | Missions & Operations | 40,000,000 | 80% | syndicate.game | | Future Game Modes | 7,500,000 | 15% | syndicate.game | | Weekly Leaderboard | 1,500,000 | 3% | synx.payouts | | Contests & Giveaways | 500,000 | 1% | synx.contests | | Treasury | 500,000 | 1% | synx.treasury | | Total Hard Cap | 50,000,000 | 100% | |
Every allocation is held in a dedicated Hive account — publicly auditable by anyone. The 40,000,000 Missions & Operations allocation is never minted upfront. SYNX enters circulation only as players earn it through farming missions.
The treasury holds 1% — less than the weekly leaderboard reserve. Player rewards take priority.
Why 50M Is a Ceiling, Not a Target
The 50,000,000 hard cap is the maximum that can ever exist — not the amount that will circulate. Multiple burn mechanics work continuously to keep actual circulating supply far below the ceiling:
Mission burn — Once farming missions go live, each plot will have a farming mission attached to each plot. The SYNX is only minted for successful mission and any mission that fails or any plot owner does not play the mission for the day gets burnt. It is removed from the supply ceiling forever. More details will be published on this.
Equipment upgrade burn — Upgrading equipment from L1 to L40 costs 10,000 SYNX per piece, burned permanently at each level. Players with large crews pursuing full gear upgrades will burn tens of thousands of SYNX over time.
Blueprint burn — Crafting blueprints costs 200 / 800 / 2,500 SYNX depending on tier. Each blueprint is one-time use and consumed on craft — the SYNX is gone.
The Foundry burn — Unlocking and upgrading The Foundry building costs up to 3,000 SYNX cumulatively per account. And this is something that comes next week as the utility of both TURF resources and SYNX you will start earning as leaderboard rewards.
You can trade SYNX now on Hive-Engine: [hive-engine.com/?p=market&t=SYNX](https://hive-engine.com/?p=market&t=SYNX)
What's Coming Next
TURF going live is Phase 1. The roadmap has four more phases, each adding a meaningful economic layer on top of the last.
Phase 2 — Blueprints + Equipment Resources become spendable. Craft blueprints from land resources and forge unique equipment NFTs with randomly rolled stats. Each piece is different — stat quality drives secondary market value. 60 blueprint types across 5 classes, 4 slots, and 3 tiers.
Phase 3 — Equipment Upgrades Equipment upgrades go live. Burn SYNX and all five land resources to level gear from L1 to L40. Early levels are deliberately cheap — costs scale sharply at L31+. The grind is real but the ceiling is worth it.
Phase 4 — Farming Mode One mission attempt per turf plot per day. Send three equipped crews, charge an energy core with shards and collectibles, and run the mission. Successful runs yield SYNX. Plot count and rarity determine your daily earning ceiling. This is where land ownership translates directly into daily income.
Phase 5 — Open Economy Blueprint trading, equipment resale, and a fully player-driven marketplace. Additional SYNX sinks will be introduced. Arena rewards will be overhauled for a larger player base.

A Note from the Developer
Syndicate Protocol is a solo indie project built on Hive because Hive makes it possible to build a game where assets are genuinely owned by players — not rented from a central server.
