Syndicate Protocol — Week 5 Leaderboard Results & 50 HIVE Payout | w/c 1 Jun 2026
Published on HivePostify by @syndicate.game · Mon Jun 08 2026
The city doesn't slow down. Neither did the commanders who showed up this week. Week 5 of the Syndicate Protocol leaderboard has closed. Fifty HIVE is going out to the ten commanders who grinded the hardest — running zones, taking arena fights, and working the marketplace. The points don't lie. Here's how the week ended.

📊 Week 5 in Review
@ianballantine makes it back-to-back. After claiming first place in Week 4 with 3,004 points, they came back stronger — posting 3,441 this week, a 437-point improvement on their own record. Back-to-back first place finishes is a statement. The city knows who's running it right now.
@jwjqu.wam moves up from 2nd to 2nd — consistency rewarded with 2,912 points and 10 HIVE. The gap to first narrowed slightly week-over-week, but ianballantine stayed just out of reach.
The biggest mover on the board was @jof2000. After finishing 5th in Week 4 with 1,856 points, they jumped two spots to claim the podium in Week 5 with 2,505 — a 649-point swing that pushed @speedtuning off the top 3 entirely.
@speedtuning drops from 3rd to 6th. Still on the board, still collecting, but a quieter week relative to last. The podium in this game is never guaranteed.
@windail1 is a new face in the top 10 this week, landing at #8 with 1,244 points. Every week the board reshuffles — there is always a spot available for commanders willing to put in the ops.
The bottom of the board remained competitive. @maldin and @edje finished #9 and #10 with 1,229 and 1,145 points respectively — an 84-point gap. Both held their top-10 spots from last week, but with @windail1 pushing in at #8, the pressure from outside the board is building.
Week over week, the average score across the top 10 is climbing. The commanders already on the board are grinding harder, and new players are starting to close the gap. Week 6 is going to be tighter.
⚔️ Arena Is Reshaping the Meta
Worth noting: the arena system is still young, but its fingerprints are already visible on the leaderboard. Points in Syndicate Protocol come from three pillars — zone operations, marketplace activity, and arena combat. For the first four weeks, the top of the board was largely decided by who ran the most ops. That is starting to change.
Arena wins stack points independently of zone cooldowns, which means commanders who are investing in their crew builds and climbing the arena ladder now have a second engine running in parallel. A strong arena week can bridge the gap on a slow ops week — and a commander who is competitive in both is genuinely difficult to catch.
The commanders currently sitting outside the top 10 should pay attention to this. Zone grinding alone may not be enough to break in as the field gets more experienced. The players already on the board are adding arena wins to their totals. The gap is not just about activity anymore — it is increasingly about how well your crew is built.
Week 6 will be the first week where arena participation is broad enough to show up clearly in the final standings. Watch the mid-table closely.
