My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2026

Hello, dear members of the Actifit community! I hope you are all in good health. Today is International Left-Handers Day, so if you know anyone who is left-handed or you are left-handed yourself, you have a reason to celebrate. Myself being right-handed, I guess I feel privileged compared to left-handed people, since we generally live in a world made for right-handed people. More should be done to cater for the needs of left-handed people, instead of encouraging or even forcing them to become ambidextrous or stop using their "good" hand altogether. Anyway, this is what I'm having for lunch today. A fluffy oven omelette with red peppers 🌶️ and cheese, together with some carrot salad, and watermelon 🍉 to finish my meal.
