Has no Case Number from the Middlesborough District Registry, No Crown Copyright details on the document, not endoesed, no Statutory Inventory for our belongings. “ – Visit police station – Closed down. Trauma, displaced residential occupiers and all that. and all that.

An unidentified man in police uniform claiming to be constable on duty attended our home at around 5:30 pm jointly with an unidentified civilian allegedly from Kings Estate Agents allegedly to investigate a crime under CAD SE26177855.
We asked what was the alleged crime, and he stated it is a civil matter. Regardless, we were threatened with false arrest, if we did not vacate our house, which we did under intimidation.
Your constable went on to state that we were previously evicted on a valid Writ which they verified to have been executed by Countrywide Properties, who we do not know to be a bailiff nor enforcement agent.
We showed him the Land Registry document where we are the Owners and Proprietors, but the violent threat was sustained, by mis-classifying us as squatters in our own house.
FYI, we reported our illegal eviction, where you issued the crime no on 01-08-2026, but no action to date has been taken on our crime report on the said matter.
This course of events verifies that you are personally implicated in the use of the police facilities, to operate as part of a conspiracy to steal real estate by witholding services from victims, and simultaneously trespassing into our civil affairs, armed with counterfeited court instruments.
We are aware of a multitude of other victims as per our crime report.
For the record, we have never been served, with any proceedings, issued by the court.
DEMAND – Please provide within seven days:-
1. The Sealed Judicial Writ, Issued by the Court pursuant to s.134 of the County Court Act 1984, which was executed by the appointed Enforcement Agent. 2. The statutory inventory for our belongings and money which were taken control of. 3. The HMCTS ID of the Bailiff / Enforcement Agent.
Failure to comply will be taken as final confirmation, that you have knowingly engaged in a conspiracy to defraud, using the authority of the HMCTS as cover, and will be escalated as per the case of LL v The Lord Chancellor
