We are sometimes responsible to care for people when we have enough to give out, God gave us so that we can also give to people who doesn't have. Be generous with the money God gave to you. If we own people, we should try to pay our debts and alway keep to our premises. Being financially responsible does not mean that we must meet every person's financial demand, but it means that we should act with integrity and wisdom.
Use the the resources that God gave you and honour him by helping people. We should care for our families, help those who are truly in need, and give generously according to our ability. Therefore, biblical financial responsibility involves both good stewardship of what God has given us and a willing heart to support others without allowing ourselves to be controlled by unhealthy financial obligations.
