Sedentary lifestyle has never been an option for me as my day is always filled with lots of activities, from walking down the street to shopping, climbing the staircase and lots more. Though some days are always hectic but some days is fun. My health is very essential and if all it takes to keep fit is in doing exercises and having a healthy lifestyle, then I'll gladly do it.
