My Actifit Report Card: August 28 2026

Today wasn't so much of an activity, it's been rainy all day that I had to stay indoor.
Staying indoor is not an excuse for not keeping fit so regardless of the rain I had to to still walk around to do some chores.
Walking up and down the staircase was indeed helpful too.
I hope tomorrow's whether would be favourable, I've got plans of many other things to do to keep fit.
