Everyday is a gift, I guess a lot of persons don't realize that even life itself is one of the greatest gift.
Over the years, I was taught to treasure precious gift rather than be reckless with it. So then, if life is a precious gift then we should try as much to keep fit rather than live recklessly everyday.
