En esta ocasión les comparto el paso a paso para elaborar una linda decoración de imán para la nevera. ¡Ay, no saben lo feliz que estoy! Hace un tiempito que al elaborar algo no me encantaba tanto; en esta ocasión siento que estoy orgullosa del resultado final de este lindo imán para la cocina hecho con mucho amor y paciencia.

🌟 PROCEDIMIENTO | 🌟 PROCESS
✨PASO 1:
Como les dije al inicio, quise inspirarme haciendo algo con temática de cocina, sencillo pero que se vea delicado, así que lo primero que debemos hacer es tomar una hoja blanca y comenzar dibujando los diseños que se nos vengan a la mente, o buscando referencias y creando tus propios diseños inspirados. Yo dibujé una gallina con sus crías de pollitos, uno más grande y otro saliendo de su huevito, además de una flor como extra para decoración. Al tener la idea lista, pasamos a los colores correspondientes de foami, como explico a continuación:
✨Cuerpo y cola de gallina: 8.5 cm x 6.5 cm en foami crema. ✨Ala: 4 cm x 3.5 cm en foami marrón. ✨Cresta: 2 cm x 1.5 cm en foami rojo. ✨Pico: 1 cm en foami amarillo. ✨Pollitos: 3 cm x 2 cm y 2 cm x 1.2 cm en foami amarillo. ✨Huevo: 2.5 cm x 1.5 cm en foami escarchado blanco. ✨Pétalos: 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm en foami rosa. ✨Centro de flor: 1 cm en foami marrón. ✨Hoja: 3 cm x 1.5 cm en foami verde.
✨STEP 1:
As I mentioned at the beginning, I wanted to be inspired by making something with a kitchen theme, something simple yet elegant. So, the first thing we need to do is take a blank sheet of paper and start sketching any designs that come to mind, or look for references and create your own inspired designs. I drew a hen with her chicks, one larger and one hatching from its egg, plus a flower as an extra decoration. Once the idea was ready, we moved on to the corresponding colors of foam, as explained below:
✨Body and tail of the hen: 8.5 cm x 6.5 cm in cream foam. ✨Wing: 4 cm x 3.5 cm in brown foam. ✨Comb: 2 cm x 1.5 cm in red foam. ✨Beak: 1 cm in yellow foam. ✨Chicks: 3 cm x 2 cm and 2 cm x 1.2 cm in yellow foam. ✨Egg: 2.5 cm x 1.5 cm in white glitter foam. ✨Petals: 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm in pink foam. ✨Flower center: 1 cm in brown foam. ✨Leaf: 3 cm x 1.5 cm in green foam.

✨PASO 2:
Al estar todas las piezas recortadas, es momento de dar color a los bordes con pinturas o marcadores. En mi caso utilicé marcadores y difuminé con un pañito suave. Para el cuerpo, ala y pollitos, utilicé marcador marrón; para la cresta utilicé marcador negro; para la flor, centro y hoja, simplemente utilicé colores más oscuros del mismo color de las piezas.
✨STEP 2:
Once all the pieces were cut out, it was time to color the edges with paints or markers. In my case, I used markers and blended them with a soft cloth. For the body, wing, and chicks, I used a brown marker; for the comb, I used a black marker; for the flower, center, and leaf, I simply used darker shades of the same color as the pieces.

✨PASO 3:
Al estar secas las piezas llega mi momento favorito, que es dibujar detalles específicos para darle vida, así que dibujamos ojos, cejas, y damos color a los picos y mejillas. Además, definimos mejor las líneas de las alas, la flor, la hoja de la misma y el plumaje de la gallina.
✨STEP 3:
Once the pieces were dry, my favorite part arrived: drawing specific details to bring them to life. So, I drew eyes and eyebrows and added color to the beaks and cheeks. I also refined the lines of the wings, the flower, its leaf, and the hen's plumage.

✨PASO 4:
Ahora sí, es momento de pegar las partes de cada una de las figuras. En mi caso comencé pegando a la gallina: cuerpo, ala, cresta y pico; luego la flor y el pollito con la parte de la cáscara de huevo.

Now it was time to glue the parts of each figure together. In my case, I started by gluing the hen: body, wing, comb, and beak; then the flower and the chick with the eggshell piece.

✨PASO 5:
Por último, formé la base con las paletas: puse tres en vertical y luego pegué en horizontal cuatro, creando una especie de valla. En medio pegué a la gallina, a los lados a las crías, en la parte baja pegué las ramas secas, en medio de estas el lazo y en la parte superior izquierda pegué la flor. Finalmente, damos vuelta a la decoración y pegamos el imán a una de las paletas.
✨STEP 5:
Finally, I formed the base with the popsicle sticks: I placed three vertically and then glued four horizontally, creating a kind of fence. In the center, I glued the hen, the chicks to the sides, the dried branches at the bottom, the ribbon in the middle of the branches, and the flower in the upper left corner. Finally, we turn the decoration over and glue the magnet to one of the popsicle sticks.
