Hola, amigos, ¿qué tal están? El día de hoy nos fuimos al estado vecino, el Estado Lara, con la intención de cumplir uno de los sueños de mi tía. Nos fuimos tipo aventura, no en las mejores comodidades, pero logramos el objetivo.
Desde hace muchos años, para mi tía más cercana ha sido una gran inseguridad el tema de sus cejas, pues en aquel tiempo, cuando se las tatuaron hace más de 15 años, le hicieron un trabajo muy malo. Desde entonces, ha vivido disimulando y tratando de maquillarse mejor cada día.
Hello friends, how are you today? Today we went to the neighboring state of Lara with the goal of fulfilling one of my aunt's dreams. We set off on a bit of an adventure, not with the greatest comforts, but we achieved our goal. For many years, my closest aunt felt very insecure about her eyebrows because when she got them tattooed over 15 years ago, they did a terrible job. Since then, she lived trying to disguise it and do her makeup better every day.
Viajamos al Estado Lara para hacerle un procedimiento llamado microblading. Al principio estábamos muy nerviosas. Fue un día bastante lluvioso en Barquisimeto, así que nos lloviznó un poco, lo que se sumó a los nervios de no saber cómo sería el proceso, si resultaría doloroso o si la especialista entendería su estilo e ideas.
We traveled to Lara State to get her a procedure called microblading. At first, we were very nervous. It was a rather rainy day in Barquisimeto, so we got caught in a light drizzle, which added to the nerves of not knowing what the process would be like, whether it would be painful, or if the specialist would capture her style and ideas.
Fue un proceso lento que tomó alrededor de dos horas y media, en parte mientras la anestesia hacía efecto. Cuando delimitaron la forma de la ceja y el espacio donde trabajarían, me relajé bastante; se notaba a simple vista que la profesional sabía exactamente lo que hacía.
It was a slow process that took about two and a half hours, partly while the local anesthesia took effect. When they outlined the shape of the eyebrows and the area where they would work, I relaxed completely; it was clear at first sight that the professional really knew what she was doing.
Al terminar, no le tomé fotos porque tenía la piel muy sensible, así que salimos buscando sombra para protegerla del sol. Además, aprovechamos para comer en una panadería muy tradicional de allá llamada La Orquídea, ¡donde probé el mejor cachito y el mejor café de toda mi vida!
When she finished, I didn't take photos because her skin was very sensitive, so we left right away looking for shade to protect her from the sun. Plus, we took the opportunity to eat at a very traditional bakery over there called La Orquídea, where I had the absolute best cachito and coffee of my entire life!
