[EN/CZ] My Actifit Report Card: September 2 2026

Hey everyone!
Finally got moving a bit more today! In the morning, I took the dogs to the agility training field, went for a run after getting back, and in the afternoon, I walked to meet my wife on her way home from work.

Dnes jsem měl konečně o něco akčnější den. Dopoledne jsem zajel se psy na cvičák, po návratu si šel zaběhat a odpoledne jsem vyrazil naproti manželce, když šla z práce.
At the training field, Oggy and I just did a quick refresher on the weave poles. Oggy is entering his very first official competition this Sunday! Unfortunately, I have a 12-hour night shift ending that morning, so I really hope we make it in time. The event starts at 1:00 PM, and the beginner class runs last.
Na cvičáku jsme si s Oggym jen krátce zopakovali slalom. V neděli ho totiž čekají první oficiální závody! Není to úplně bez komplikací – v neděli mám ještě noční dvanáctihodinovou směnu, tak doufám, že všechno hladce stihneme. Závody začínají ve 13:00 a začátečníci jdou na řadu až jako poslední.
I went for a run along the bike path. My knee was giving me trouble at first, but it loosened up after a while. However, my heart rate was sky-high, and the run felt way harder than it normally should.
Běhat jsem šel po cyklostezce. Koleno ze začátku zlobilo, ale postupně se to zlepšilo. Jen tepy mám neskutečně vysoko a i pocitově cítím, že je běh podstatně náročnější, než by měl být.
I took all three dogs out and walked to the park to meet my wife. Managing all three of them at once is definitely quite a workout! 🙂
Vzal jsem ven všechny tři psy a šli jsme manželce naproti do parku. Projít se se všemi třemi najednou dá docela zabrat! 🙂
