Hey runners!
I went for a run before lunch today. I took Cesmína with me and we headed out of town. Once again, we ran along field paths and around the pond, where Cesmína could get a drink and cool down a bit. It was quite warm outside.
I was at a beer festival yesterday, so the run wasn't exactly easy. The knee that’s been bothering me acted up a little – it seems like taking several days off between runs doesn't really suit it. 🙂
