Batman vs League of Assassins at the Hospital.

Batman thought maybe he finally found the injured assassin but he was still out of Batman's reach. After finishing the fight with the thugs on the roof Batman saw that the blood trail was going even further. That means the assassin was not here.
Batman followed the blood trail and kept moving forward. After some time he reached the roof of Elliot Memorial Hospital. The path where the assassin went inside was blocked by an electric generator. Electricity was running through the entrance. Batman had to turn off the generator first if he wanted to go inside.
Alfred told Batman that there was a remote electric charger in the GCPD evidence room. This device could be used to turn off the generator. Batman went to GCPD and collected the device from the evidence room. The device can both turn electric power on and off.
Batman took the device and left GCPD. He flew through the dark sky of Gotham City and came back to Elliot Memorial Hospital. The generator was still running. Batman used the electric charger and fired an electric shockwave at the generator. The generator started losing power. After three shockwaves the generator finally shut down completely.
Batman went inside and saw some soldiers having a meeting with their leader. Batman suddenly attacked them. The League of Assassins soldiers were well trained. Fighting them was much harder than fighting normal criminals.
First Batman knocked out their leader. Then he started taking down the other soldiers one by one. But suddenly the leader attacked Batman from behind with a sword. Batman used a combo punch and knocked the leader out again.
The door where the blood trail was going was locked. The whole hospital had no power. Batman found the main power switch and turned it on. But even then the power did not come back.
Now what will happen? How will Batman go deeper inside the hospital?
