The Bloody Trail Leads to a Terrifying Discovery

Batman entered the Elliott Hospital, but there was no power inside. Unable to proceed due to the lack of electricity, he used his remote control Batmobile toward the backup generator located outside the hospital. He then used the power winch to activate the generator, instantly restoring power to the entire hospital.
Batman can now easily make his way toward the spot where the bloodstain had previously been seen. Upon entering, he spots an elevator. However, the elevator is behaving rather strangely; it refuses to stop at the floor Batman wants to reach, moving only up and down instead.
After trying for a while, Batman finds a way. He stands in an open space below and sends the elevator up. Once the elevator moves upward, the path below clears, allowing Batman to proceed toward his destination.
Upon reaching that floor, Batman sees an ordinary wooden block ahead. He punches through it to get inside. But he was completely unprepared for what he saw once he entered.
Countless dead bodies lay scattered all around. However, they were not ordinary members of the League of Assassins. They were renegades. Batman began to wonder who could have killed them all.
Just then, one of the rebels was found alive, though critically injured and near death. When Batman spoke to him, the man simply said that the "monster" must not be allowed to rise again. that it had to be stopped at any cost.
Yet, Batman still did not understand which monster the man was referring to.
Batman then moved forward, continuing to follow the trail of blood. At one point, he arrived in front of a closed door. It could not be opened in the usual way; a switch inside had to be pressed to open it.
Batman used his remote-controlled Batarang to reach inside and press the switch, but the door did not open. He then realized that the switch had no power.
So, you have to steer the Batarang along a narrow, tricky path to collect an electric charge from a source on the opposite side. Then, you must guide the Batarang back to the switch and hit it.
Honestly, this was one of the toughest Batarang puzzles I've played so far. Maneuvering the Batarang through that tight passage was far from easy. I finally managed to open the door after failing about twenty to twenty-five times.
Upon entering, I discovered several more dead bodies. Most surprising of all, the blood trail of the wounded assassin I had been following led right to his own corpse, which was lying there as well.
Now, the biggest question is who exactly is this mysterious monster?
