My Actifit Report Card: September 5 2026

Today was a good day for activity, didn't walk as much as i did at work, but there was a lot of walking.
I ended up playing thirty holes of disc golf, neither round was great, but there was a good amount of walking involved.
Then I did some housework along with going out for a little bit with the spouse.
