----

Hello, how are you? I remembered when I was a kid, my neighbor from my father's side used to sell street food in the late afternoon, like the one you grill and eat with sauce or vinegar. I always buy chicken feet because it is the cheapest one, and when I am being fancy, I am going to buy either the hotdog or the sweet longganisa LOL.

Because of that experience, I will never enjoy eating chicken feet if I had never discovered how it taste good. And one thing is that chicken feet have very high collagen, which is good for the skin, and that made me like it more.

To be honest, adobo is the only recipe I am willing to cook with LOL, especially when it is spicy and tender.

----

Ingredients I Used:

1 tbsp. Cooking Oil Garlic Red Onion Chicken Feet Soy Sauce

Ginger Ground Pepper Chicken Broth Cube 1 1/2 l Water Chili Powder

-----

Let's Cook!

In a pot, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add the garlic, red onion, and ginger sautee it until the fragrance comes out.

-----

Add the chicken feet and then cook them for about a minute.

-----

Then I added two tablespoons of soy sauce and mixed until well combined.

-----

Then add about 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper and chili powder if you want it spicy.

-----

Add 1 1/2 cups of water, or enough to submerge the chicken feet, and I added a chicken broth cube for extra flavor.

-----

Let it cook for about 20-25 minutes on medium heat or until the broth thickens. The more tender the chicken feet, the better. If it is still not tender enough, add more water and cook for 5-10 minutes.

-----

Set hot and plated.

----

Close-up look.

-----

Happy eating! :D

Thank you for visiting, see you on my next blog. :D Please take care of your mental health as well. I hope you are okay today :)) ----
