Feliz inicio de semana, con la bendición de Dios, inicie mi semana de entrenamientos, aun de vacaciones gracias a Dios, ya me falta poco para volver a la rutina, lo pienso y me da nostalgia, ya que han sido dias maravillosos, pero bueno mientras me los disfruto y no pienso tanto en que ya me queda poco. Hoy fui al estadio, mi gimnasio al aire libre a realizar un trote suave en la gramita, gracias a Dios mi esposo llego al rato, y entrenamos un poco juntos, estaban varias personas entrenando en el estadio, entrenar aquí para mi es lo mejor, ya que puedo hacer tantos tipos de ejercicios, ademas que es un lugar seguro. Seguimos amigos, disfrutando de este tiempo poniéndonos en movimiento.
