Prioritize yourself

I believe that in life we go through many stages, some related to age while others are not. I've always felt that taking care of my body has been a lifestyle, but looking back at my past habits, I realize that the stage of truly prioritizing myself in all aspects of life has only just begun.
Today marks the beginning of my true self-care journey and the stage of putting myself first. I hope this stage will stay with me for the rest of my life.
